I understand this is very niche (because it’s a seaplane role), but it would be a pretty cool job so I wanted to share. Part-time, pays $150 per workday and $75 per training day.
Tropic Ocean Airways claim they don’t require the seaplane rating upfront, but you do need it at FlyExclusive (at least according to the recruiter).

QUALIFICATIONS
Required education and experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
Strong organizational skills & advanced multi-tasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected level.
Strong communication customer service skills.
Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, email and web-based and/or mobile device applications.
Must possess a passionate attention to detail and the ability to work in a team atmosphere
FAA First Class Medical
Commercial Single Engine Land (SEL) and Single Engine Sea (SES) with Instrument Rating
IFR Proficiency and Currency
250 total flight hours, including:
100 hours cross-country
25 hours night
Must be highly knowledgeable of the General Operations manual, FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, Flight Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Procedures, and other pertinent information relating to this duty.
Must be able to complete training program, demonstrating proficiency with job requirements.
Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position.
This position is classified as a Safety-Sensitive role under Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and is subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with FAA guidelines.
