I like how they specify the minimums are subject to change at the Chief Pilot’s discretion. No, it’s not an invitation to everybody with 500 hours to shoot an application because “you never know.” It’s most likely for applicants who have built a solid reputation but may be shy of 800 hours of total time. That’s netowrking for you, and how it works for every job, it’s just the first time I see it part of the job description.
